Heybridge Swifts' reward for producing a giantkilling act is a local derby at home to neighbours Braintree Town in the second qualifying round.
In the last round Swifts turned in a stunning performance to dump Hitchen out of the cup and they will need to find even more cup magic to knock out Iron, of the National League South.
The tie will be played on Saturday, 17 September.
Swifts' neighbours and fellow Isthmian North side Maldon & Tiptree will also be asked to spring another surprise.
Their reward for dumping Haringey Borough out with a 2-1 win against a higher level side is a home tie against Hornchurch, also from the Isthmian Premier.
The second qualifying round winners receive £3,375 and the losers £1,125.
