Experienced beautician Kerri Baker runs Skulpture Body and Mind, based at Hollie's Beauty Rooms in Maldon Road, Woodham Mortimer.

After opening her small business during the pandemic, Kerri takes pride in giving her clients their confidence back.

This week, Kerri shares her top three treatments:

1. 'Mummy Tummy' treatment is a combination of Ultrasound Cavitation and Radio Frequency technologies.

Ultrasound Cavitation is used for inch loss, while Radio Frequency lifts, tones, and tightens. It can also greatly improve the tummy's texture after pregnancy, lift a tummy pouch after a caesarean, tighten the skin after weight loss and improve confidence no end.

2. The 'Brazilian Bum Lift' is the perfect treatment to lift, tone and firm clients' bottoms.

They can achieve up to a 70 per cent lift after a course of treatment. Feel better in your clothes and your confidence. Ultrasound Cavitation is first used to remove the "sausage roll" that sits underneath the bum, then Radio Frequency lifts, tones, and tightens the area.

"This treatment is especially popular with my younger clients," Kerri said.

"A few little Brazilian bum lifts have proved popular with men too! They can come in and feel totally at ease with me. It's totally discreet and non-judgemental."

3. The 'Face and Neck' treatment is a luxury option which focuses on reducing fine lines and the first signs of aging.

It tightens the neck and jowl area and lifts the contours of the face, using Radio frequency.
