Two goals in three minutes midway through the first half ulimately decided this Eastern Counties First Division South clash in North London on Saturday, 8 October.

Ramblers had plenty of chances throughout the game but were unable to convert one of them until, seven minutes from the end Harry Shawyer put a ball into the box and Ben Wood headed it into the back of the net.

It proved to be too little, too late and Park held on, their goals on 23 and 26 minutes from Ali Ramazani and Kyron Mitchell proving decisive.

The only consoltation for Ramblers is that they remain on top of the table as second-placed Stanway Pegasus lost 3-0 at home to May and Baker, who go third. Ramblers visit May and Baker next Saturday and in the interim have a home Essex Senior Cup tie with Southend Manor on Tuesday (11 October).
