Heybridge Swifts, who announced two new signings in midweek including former Maldon capatin Scott Kemp, could climb to fourth in the Isthmian North today (Saturday, 25 February) if they can defeat New Salamis - although lose and they could fall to seventh, so there's little room for failure.

Swifts, who have also added midfieler Sam Park from Brentwood Town to their squad, have only three defeats from their last ten, while Salamis have only three wins by comparison - yet the North Londoners continue to be difficult to defeat and will undoubtedly test the mettle of Swifts - whose last outing was a creditable 2-2 draw against AFC Sudbury.

Maldon and Tiptree go to bottom side Great Wakering Rovers, without a win since 8 October.

Kick-off at Burroughs Park is 2pm.

Rovers are six points from safety and while most of their recent defeats have been by a narrow margin they have still been defeats; whilst the Jammers got back to winning ways at Basildon in midweek.
