Salary Scale: £85 - £110 per day

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our team! As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will be part of a dynamic and innovative team in a brand-new school site and nursery. We are seeking passionate, hardworking individuals to support young learners in their early educational journey.

Key Responsibilities as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner:

• Provide high-quality early years care and education, creating a secure, creative, and welcoming learning environment.
• Organise and deliver a variety of stimulating indoor and outdoor activities that promote children's development.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring a collaborative and positive atmosphere.
• Work closely with the teaching team to implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
• As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in monitoring the progress of each child, supporting their physical, emotional, and social development.
• You will collaborate with other staff to ensure that all children feel included and valued in their learning experience.

Working Hours and Shifts for the Level 3 Early Years Practitioner:

This role operates on a rotating shift pattern:

• Shift 1: 7:00 am 3:00 pm
• Shift 2: 10:30 am 6:30 pm

This includes a break during the day.
