Your Role as Nursery Manager:

• Lead and manage the nursery team to ensure thehighest standards of care and education.
• Develop and implement an engaging early years curriculum in line with theEYFS framework.
• Oversee safeguarding, health & safety, and compliance to maintain asafe and stimulating environment.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff tocreate a positive, inclusive culture.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and operational aspects of the nursery effectively.

What Were Looking For:

Level 3 or abovein Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent).Minimum2 years' experienceas a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager.Strong knowledge ofEYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding policies.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Passionate aboutdelivering outstanding childcare and early education.
