About the Role

Cohen Rabi is looking for an experienced Deputy Home Manager (RGN) to support the Home Manager in overseeing high-quality, person-centred care. Our Client is a well known Nursing Home Care Provider. You will lead care planning, medication management, staff development, audits, and CQC compliance, ensuring a safe and effective care environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Home Manager in the daily running of the home
• Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and medication administration
• Lead and mentor the nursing and care team to maintain high standards
• Ensure full CQC compliance and adherence to NMC regulations
• Conduct audits and maintain policies in line with best practices
• Work closely with residents, families, and external professionals
• Manage staff rotas and resource allocation

Requirements

• NMC-registered RGN (Registered General Nurse)
• Experience in a care home setting with strong leadership skills
• Knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and medication management
• Ability to train and mentor staff while promoting high-quality care
