A manufacturing and production client of ours in the Maldon area (Latchingdon) are recruiting an Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm and paying 25,000 - 30,000 per annum depending on experience.Working within a small, friendly team your key duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering phone and email enquiries
- Using a variety of software packages to manage data and produce letters/documents
- Arranging appointments and managing diaries
- Ordering stationery
- Organising travel and accommodation
- Liaising with internal departments
- Other administrative duties such as filing, photocopying and printing.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Administrator position:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient within the Microsoft packages
- Highly organised
- Previous administration and office experience
