We are looking for a Production Operative on a permanent basis for a Global business with a manufacturing plant in Maldon, Essex. This role is working on a shift pattern that will include weekends.

The duties of the Production Operative will include:

• Monitoring an automated Production Line
• Using computer system and in-house CRM to run programs
• Operating some production machinery
• Completing of production related paperwork
• Assisting with Machine Changeovers
• Undertaking basic quality checks

The ideal Production Operative:

• Previous experience in Manufacturing and Production
• Good level of IT knowledge
• Able to undertake manual handling tasks
• Able to work shifts
• A current counterbalance forklift ticket would a distinct advantage but no essential

Hours & Pay:

• 24,000pa
• 6am - 6pm 4 on 4 off shift pattern (including some weekends)
• 25 Days annual leave + BH
• Training courses and progression available
• Excellent Pension
