We are recruiting for a highly passionate Bathroom Design Consultant to join our successful showroom in Essex. We place ourselves in the middle to high end sector of the Market and have an extensive lifestyle showroom based in Maldon, Essex.You will need to be a friendly and approachable person who finds it easy to build a rapport with a wide range of customers.

Main duties will include the below-

• Support customers through the entire sales/design process, understanding and meeting their individual requirements.
• Assist the customer in understanding the range of products and pricing options available.
• Design and plan functional and creative Bathrooms using virtual worlds software.
• Liaise with other members of the team through the order process until installation making sure the customer receives excellent levels of customer service at all times.
• Maintain full product range knowledge.

The chosen candidate will need to be able to demonstrate they can provide the below as requirements for the job role.

• Proven sales experience in the bathroom industry.
• Previous bathroom design experience using CAD systems.
• Excellent industry knowledge.
• Design flair.
• Accurate with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects with strong time-management and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong numerical skills.
• The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to develop professional relationships with a wide range of people inside and outside the company.
• Flexible approach to changing circumstances with willingness to take on new tasks and experiences.

Hours- 4 week days 8.30-5.30 Sat 9-5
