Night Shift: Export Customs Administrator

Location: Near Maldon

Salary: Up to 42,000 per annum

Job Type: Full-time, Night Shift - Tuesday to Friday (6 am - 6 pm), opportunity for remote once fully trained

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and review customs documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists).
• Collaborate with exporters and internal teams to gather information.
• Enter export shipment details into customs software (NCTS, NES).
• Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain data accuracy and meet tight deadlines.

What You Need:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a quick learner of new systems.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Experience in customs or international logistics is essential.
