We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a gadget repair client of ours. This is a remote full-time temporary position with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.
Starting pay of 11.44 per hour with full training and great prospects! Working hours Monday - Friday 8:00-17:00. You will be expected to work 1 weekend day every 6-8 weeks, with a toil day in return.
Duties of the Customer Service Advisor role include:
- Most of the work is answering inbound calls and making some outbound calls.
- Responding to queries and reviews.
- Arranging appointments.
- Updating CRM system.
- Managing and replying to the companies Live Chat.
Skills and Experience of the Customer Service role include:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Previous experience working in a call centre and customer service role.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet monthly targets.
- Doesn't mind lots of telephone work.
