Fairmead are assisting one of our client's a House builder looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the management team deliver the project.
• Communicate with both internal staff and external sub-contractors to ensure a smooth process.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing for all staff and visitors.
• Proactively check all facilities during works for damage and report to management.

Required Skills:

• Experience as an Assistant Site Manager.
• SSSTS or SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work
• Awareness of Health & Safety procedures and current legislation.
• Full UK driving licence
