We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead a small and experienced team. This is an exciting opportunity to further develop the team and implement new ideas. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all required safe guarding and standards, working across all departments.

With a drive on improving and improving efficiency's.

The duties of Warehouse Supervisor;

• Undertaking all aspects of warehouse work - including order picking, packing, Goods In and Goods Out
• Support and mentor Warehouse Team - including on working to KPIs
• Working to HSE standards and ensuring compliance by the whole team
• Prioritising and issuing workload
• Maintaining stock levels
• A drive on 5s and improving existing procedures
• Use of Microsoft Office and in-house systems to keep records up to date
• Communicate and work with all divisions across the business
• Updating stock control systems

The ideal Warehouse Supervisor;

• Hands on hands warehouse experience
• Knowledge of Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience with batch control in well regulated environment
• Computer literate

Hours and Pay;

8am - 5pm - Monday to Friday 28,000- 32,000pa DOE
