A Medical supplier in Maldon are recruiting a Loan Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 37.5 hours a week, paying 23,000 - 25,000 per annum depending on experience starting ASAP!Your key duties in this Loan Assistant role will include but are not limited to:
- Check equipment when back from loan - quantities, assessing damage and wear & tear against quality control check lists.
- Ensure devices, at the various stages of processing are channelled through the appropriate warehouse locations in accordance with process instructions.
- Conduct stock checks, investigating variance issues to maintain stock integrity.
- Maintain ERP report tools to reflect current progresses.
- Deal with customer enquiries over email and phone and ensure that queries are processed correctly.
- Respond to internal customer enquiries in a timely manner.
- Pick kit replenishment production orders when required.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Loan Assistant role:
- Experience in using an ERP system (desirable).
- Customer Service Administartion experience essential.
- Happy to work within a warehouse environment and pick kits when required.
- Organised and have a good eye for detail.
