Service Advisor - Mobile Construction MachineryWe are currently looking for an experienced Construction Machinery Service Advisor to support and join the existing team here at our Head Office, based in Maldon, Essex.Role Purpose:Reporting to the Construction Service Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the efficient running of the Construction Machinery(but not limited to) Service office and its overall profitability. You will also be assisting in maintaining effective and accurate communications between customers and technicians in relation to the repair and maintenance of Construction machinery. In addition, you will also provide cover to the Agricultural Service Advisor when on annual leave.Essential Skills/Experience:Strong administration experience within a fast paced working environmentExcellent communication skills with the ability to deal diplomatically with customers and colleagues in a polite and professional mannerFamiliar with raising job cards and invoices as requiredSupport of daily allocation of work to engineersGood keyboard and PC skillsGood knowledge of Microsoft office to include Word and ExcelAbility to communicate to all levels of the businessAct with discretion when dealing with matters of a confidential natureBe organized with the ability to multitask efficientlyHave a flexible and approachable mannerBe self-motivated with the ability to work well with othersBe confident and show initiativeAccuracy with numbers and handling of cashProfessional and tidy appearanceStrong attention to detailAdditional Information:Start Date: Immediate, but subject to successful candidates notice periodLocation: Ulting, EssexHours: 42.5 hours per week - 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (1 hour unpaid lunch) Contract: Permanent, Full Time, Salaried Salary: Competitive, depending on experience Benefits: 32 days annual leave including bank holidays, Company Sick Pay Scheme, Workplace Pension, Employee Referral Bonus Scheme, Winter Flu Jab Service, Car Tyre Discount, Staff Discount in Country Stores and Death in Service Cover (2 x salary)
